Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ModDrip ("ModDrip", "we", "us") is a trading name of ADMAVEN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17382767, with its registered office at Suite 11082, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of moddrip.com and related applications (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ModDrip lets you upload photographs of vehicles and generate AI-edited previews of modifications (such as wheels, wraps, stance, body kits and scenes). Outputs are AI-generated previews for visualization purposes only — they are not engineering advice, fitment guidance or a guarantee of how physical parts will look or fit.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

4. Credits and subscriptions

• Delivery: the Service is delivered digitally — credits and premium features are activated in your account immediately upon successful payment; nothing is shipped physically.
• Generations consume credits (standard: 1 credit; Ultra quality: 2 credits). Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
• Free accounts receive a one-time welcome allowance and are subject to daily generation limits, resolution limits and watermarking.
• Paid subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly) include a credit allowance added at the start of each billing period, plus premium features (HD output, no watermark, all styles, Ultra access). Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and remain available while your account is in good standing (for subscribers, while a subscription is active or until the account is closed).
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

• You retain all rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transform your photos solely to operate the Service (including sending them to our AI processing providers).
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content.
• We do not use your photos or generated images to train AI models.

6. Generated images

• Subject to these Terms and your plan, we assign to you the rights we hold in the generated images, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for how you use generated images, including compliance with advertising rules and third-party rights (e.g. trademarks visible in images).
• AI outputs can contain inaccuracies or artefacts. We make no warranty that a generated image accurately represents how physical modifications will look.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; (b) attempt to generate content unrelated to vehicle visualization in violation of these Terms; (c) reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service; (d) resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own; (e) circumvent credit, rate or plan limits.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your content), is owned by ADMAVEN LTD or its licensors. "ModDrip" and the ModDrip logo are trademarks of ADMAVEN LTD.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase for hosting/authentication/storage, fal.ai for AI image processing, and Stripe for payments). Their availability may affect the Service.

10. Disclaimers and liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
• Subject to the above, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period.
• If you use the Service as a consumer, you retain all mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (5–10, 12–13) survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of mandatory rules and courts of their country of residence.
